This system observes the regulations of GMP as the one of high speed soft capsule vision inspection system, and consists of vision inspection unit, mechanical & electrical units. Operating unit is are designed to have table-top type structure for easy operation, and electrical & driving units are located at the rear bottom side of the system to enhance the accessibility for maintenance.

In addition, the system is designed for easy and simple operation, quick change-over in tool-less and easy maintenance and is designed to detect a variety of NG soft capsules with different shapes and sizes. The machine is equipped with the PC based - extended touch screen to provide the optimized operation in accordance with the request of operators.
