The carton bundler "MCU" is designed strictly accordance with GMP regulations for the pharmaceutical industry.
The machine receives the carton supplied from the previous line through the conveyor, and makes bundles automatically when a preset number of cartons are stacked in the stacking unit.
The bundled carton passes through a discharge conveyor equipped with a hot air fan, and is then shrunk, packaged, and discharged.
The machine basically has a maximum of 20 bundles per minute, but the maximum speed can be changed depending on the supply speed, material, shape and size of the product.
Setting changes such as the production speed of the machine can be easily done through the touch screen. In addition, if a problem occurs during operation, it is possible to identify its cause easily through the touch screen of the machine.
